Outage – August 25, 2020

From noon EDT until around 11:00pm EDT on Tuesday, August 25th, CenturyLink experienced an internet outage due to a fiber cut. From 11:00pm EDT on Tuesday, August 25th until 7:00am EDT on Wednesday August 26th, there was intermittent connectivity. During this time, some of our online services were inaccessible. This included email, the online enrollment system, MySeton, and SetonOnline.

Outage – October 17 – 19, 2018

Seton Home Study School experienced a network outage from 6:00pm EDT on Wednesday, October 17th until 2:00pm EDT on Friday, October 19, 2018.

The outage prevented access for our families and customers to Seton’s webpages, email, and phone system.

We are working to remove dependency on a single internet provider so that in the future a similar event will not interrupt your homeschooling.
